1870 CENSUS - Martha Dilley, age 47, b. Missouri, is enumerated with T. W. Dilley, age 50, occupation farmer, b. Ohio, along with Mary A., age 14, ? [can't read name], male, age 12, Nelson, age 10, and Eliza, age 7, all born in Oregon.
2nd MARRIAGE - "Amos J. (R.). Ferris, over 25 & Martha J. Dilley, over 18, m 15 Mar 1891 at house of bride by L. H. Poujade, J. P. Aff: H. H. Ringo. Wit: Harvey Ringo & Ardelia Ringo. #3987 pg 463".
1900 CENSUS - Martha J. Ferris, age 77, b. Apr 1823 in Missouri, mother of 13 children, 5 of whom are living at the time of the census, is enumerated with her husband of 10 years, Amos J., age 83, b. April 1817 in New York. Also enumerated with the family is Binnie [?] Simmon, identified as granddaughter, age 31, b. Oct 1868 in Oregon, along with Della, identified as great granddaughter, age 12, b. Feb 1888 in Oregon, and William E., identified as great grandson, age 8, b. Jul 1891 in Oregon.
