[note - they are living next door to her brother James Vibbert and family].
1910 OR CENSUS - Bessie J. Cozel, age 39, divorced, mother of 3 children, b. Pennsylvania, and her children B. May, age 14, b. Oregon, G. Ray, age 12, b. Oregon, and Eva F., age 11, b. Oregon, are enumerated within the household of her brother R. Delbert Vibbert, age 49, b. Pennsylvania.

1930 OR CENSUS - Bessie Hayes, age 59, first married at age 18, b. Pennsylvania, is enumerated with her husband Robert Hayes, age 53, first married at age 36, occupation logger, b. Canada.
OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Bessie Jerusha Hayes, 70, died August 8 at her home in Brooks. Survived by her widower, Robert E. Hayes, daughters Eva Mackey of Tillamook, and Mrs. Mae Aspinwall of Brooks; son Ray Cozel of Brooks, brother Delbert Vibbert, Brooks, and several other relatives. Funeral services were held August 11 in Salem and Burial was in Pioneer cemetery.
