OBITUARY:
Edward Becker, late resident of Clatskanie, Ore., at Astoria, December 6 at the age of 60 [61]years. Husband of Mrs. Alberta [Anna Alberta] Becker of Clatskanie; father of Hollis Becker, of Vallejo, Calif., Orland Becker of the US navy and Norris Becker of Salem; brother of Charlie Becker of Corvallis, Chester of Seaside, George of Salem, Anna Sparks of South Dakota, Mrs. Otto Durant of Amity, Ore., Mrs. Will Keen of Cottage Grove, and Mrs. Lydia Keene of Gervais. Services will be held Saturday, December 9 at 3 p.m. from the W.T. Rigdon company chapel with Rev. Harvey Schurman officiating. Concluding services in Pioneer cemetery.
