OBITUARY: 
Funeral services for George B. Harrison, 73, of Woodburn and former Gervais area resident who died Monday evening at Portland Veterans hospital, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at Ringo-Cornwell Funeral Chapel, Rev. Stanton McClenny, pastor of the Gervais Presbyterian church, will officiate and interment will be at Pioneer cemetery. 
Mr. Harrison was born at Wyocena, Wis., November 15, 1885, and came to Oregon when quite young. He spent most of his life in the vicinity of Gervais, but lived the past eight years in Woodburn with his sister, Mrs. Lela Hugill. He had been in Portland the past three months. 
A veteran of World War I. 
Survivors in addition to Mrs. Hugill are a brother, Richard Harrison of Brooks; and three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Carlson of Woodburn, Mrs. Edith Otto of Portland, and Mrs. Gertrude Moore of Newport.
