OBITUARY: 
Funeral services for Ralph Harper of Brooks will be held Wednesday, July 2, at 2 p. m. in Simon ____ chapel in Woodburn, interment will follow in Pioneer Cemetery.
The family suggests contributions to the Woodburn Bible Baptist Church.
Harper is survived by his wife Areta; sons Myron of Brooks, and Sidney of Prineville; daughters Rena Frost of Brooks, and Martha ___ of Canby; brothers Robert of Woodburn and Edwin of Medford; 10 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Harper was born in Nevada, Iowa, and came to Salem in 1915. He moved to Brooks four years later. Harper was a retired farmer, a veteran of World War I, a member of WWI Barricks in Woodburn, and a member of the Gervais Masonic Lodge.
