1880 NE CENSUS - Phoebe Hart, age 32, b. Indiana, is enumerated with her husband Patrick, age 30, farmer, b. New York, along with Julia, age 3, b. Indiana, and Daniel, age 3 m's b. Nebraska
1910 OR CENSUS - Phoebe E. Hart, age 53, widow, b. Indiana, is enumerated as mother-in-law in the home of Charles Ferrell, age 29, occupation motorman, b. Arkansas, and his wife Cora, age 23, b. Kansas, along with their children Ronals, age 2, and Veda, age 1 yr 2 mo's, both born in Oregon.
OBITUARY: 
HART - At her home, seven miles north of Salem, near Clearlake school, Wednesday, Jan. 3, 1917, at 1:30 o'clock, Mrs. Phoebe Elizabeth Hart, 59 years old.
She had lived in the vicinity of Salem for twenty-nine years. Her husband died in 1898. Mrs. Hart was born in Indiana.
The surviving children are Walter Hart of Portland, David Hart of Salem, Dan Hart of Grand, Mont., Mrs. Julia Brown and Mrs. Cora Ferrell of Salem. She also leaves nine grandchilren, three sisters in Indiana, and one sister in Newberg, a brother, David Owens, of Riverside, Cal., and a brother in Salem.
The funeral will be held from the Methodist church at Brooks tomorrow at 10:30 o'clock. Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery near Brooks.
