WOODBURN - Wayne Everett Poage, 75, died Wednesday.
He was born in Salem. He grew up in the Aurora area and graduated from Canby High School. A Navy Veteran of WWII, he was a farmer, and logger. He was also a member of the Elks and American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Blanche Poage of Woodburn; daughters, Lori Walker of Milwaukie, Ore., and Dawn Roberts of Lake Owego, Ore.; step-son, Robert Faulhaber of Milwaukie; and 3 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Private interment at Brooks Pioneer Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cornwell Colonial Chapel, Woodburn.
