OBITUARY: 
September 4, 1921 - February 20, 1996
Edna Park, 74, of Salem died Tuesday of cancer.
Born in South Beach, she lived in Newport before moving to Salem in 1969.
She worked for US West, retiring in 1981. She volunteered for the American Cancer Society and the Salem Public Library.
She attended the Christian Center and enjoyed all types of needlework and fishing.
Survivors include the daughters, Pegg Higley of Salem and Patricia Fisher of Juneau, Alaska; son, Thomas of Juneau; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
No services will be held. Arrangements are by Virgil T. Golden mortuary. Contributions: Mid-Willamette Valley Hospice, 1467 13th St. SE, Salem, Ore. 97302-2513 or the American Cancer Society, 161 High St. Suite 208-C, Salem, Ore. 97301.
