Feb 1850 in Germany, year of immigration 1852, along with William E., age 18, b. Jul 1881 in Illinois, Benjamin F. age 16, b. Jan 1884 in N. Dakota, James H., age 9,[twin], b. Aug 1890 in N. Dakota, David H., age 9, [twin], b. Aug 1890 in N. Dakota, and Anna M., age 7, b. Aug 1892 in N. Dakota.
Oscar Kershaw, 51, late resident of Turner, in this city September 6. Survived by widow, Mrs. Ina Kershaw; sisters, Mrs. Will Watson of McKenzie, N.D.; Mrs. Knute Hanson of Dazy, N.D.; brothers, Will and Frank Kershaw of Sterling, N.D.; Mart, David and Howard, all of Menoken, N.D. Memorial services will be held at Turner, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Committal services at IOOF cemetery, Turner, under direction of Walker & Howell funeral home.
