OBITUARY: Richard Joe Nash
Jan. 18, 1956 – Feb. 22, 1991
Richard Joe Nash, 35, of Salem, died Friday of injuries sustained in an auto crash.
He was born in Inglewood, Calif., and came to Salem in 1957. He graduated from Sprague High School in 1873 and was a self-employed gravel truck operator.
He enjoyed his motorcycle and the outdoors.
Survivors include his sons, Jason, Ryan, and Kevin, all of Salem; parents Tom and Barbara Nash of Turner; sister, Linda Nash of Benicia, Calif.; and brothers, Bob of Redmond, and Jim of Bend.
Graveside services will begin at noon Tuesday in Cloverdale Cemetery, south of Salem. Arrangements are by Barrick Mortuary.
Contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Portland.
