F. Pearl Hatfield September 15, 1924 - September 1, 2008
TURNER - Born in Walnut Creek, California Pearl moved to Turner as a child in 1927. She married Henry J. "Hank" Hatfield on March 18, 1945. She was a bank teller with Pioneer Trust, retiring in 1989. She was involved with Girl Scouts as a Troop Leader. She also volunteered her time for many years at the Four Corners Elementary School in the Mentor Program. Pearl had great fun traveling with her high school girlfriends all around the West Coast and Hawaii. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and animals, especially cats. "Hank" preceded her in death in 2002. . She was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church in Salem. She is survived by daughter, Laura (Dale) Bradley of Aumsville; granddaughters, Sheena Drawez of Keizer and Susan Bradley of Turner; and grandson, Derrick Gleason of Turner. 
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at Weddle Funeral Chapel, Stayton. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2008 at Weddle Funeral Chapel, Stayton. Contributions may be made to Willamette Valley Humane Society. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services.
