OBITUARY: 
Nettie Morris
Turner (Special) – Services will be held Wednesday morning for Mrs. Nettie Morris, 94, longtime Turner area resident, who died Monday at a Salem nursing home.
She was born Feb. 2, 1866, at Knightstown, Ind. She was married to Joseph Morris in 1887. They lived at Newberg for many years before moving to Turner. He died in 1943.
She was a member of the Friends Church at Newberg.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Howard Hunsaker and Mrs. J.E. Francis Whitehead, both of Salem; Mrs. R.H. Struck, Portland; Mrs. E.T. Hennies, Lancaster, Calif.; and Mrs. A.D. Case, Whittier, Calif.; four sons, John, Oilsdale, Calif.; Nathan, Indian Valley, Idaho; Joseph, Little Rock, Ark.; and William, Idaho; 24 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Clough-Barrick Funeral Home in Salem. Burial will follow at Turner Odd Fellows Cemetery.
