Ohio, along with children Elizabeth, age 7, b. Ohio, Levie, age 5, b. Ohio, Phillip, age 3, b. Oregon, Rosa, age 1, b. Oregon, and Edwin, age 8 months, b. Oregon.

OBITUARY: Mrs. Elizabeth Biery died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. B. Conrad, of Troutdale, on Sunday, November 17, 1912, after an illness of but a few days. The body was brought to this city and laid to rest in the Lewisburg cemetery Wednesday. Mrs. Biery came to Silverton about 33 years ago with her husband and family. Her husband died about 19 years ago, since which time she has lived with her children. She was well known by many of the earlier settlers of this vicinity. At the time of her death she was 85 years, 6 months, 9 days old. She is survived by five daughters and one son: Mrs. Jacob Amstutz of Silverton, Mrs. A. B. Conrad of Troutdale, Mrs. Neuswander, Harrisburg, Mrs. John Sutter of Salem, Mrs. Cathering Rogers of Lind, Wash., and Chris Biery of Olson, Mich. Besides these there are twenty eight grand children and thirty-four great-grand-children.
