OBITUARY:
Thomas S. Agan, 80, of 2075 62nd Ave. SE, died Thursday in a Salem Hospital.
Born in Chariton, Iowa, he lived in Oregon 42 years and in Salem six years. He was a sawmill worker in Silverton and a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Survivors include widow, Ora Parton; daughters, Lillian Corene Kuenzi and Loren M. Ellis, both Salem; sons, Howard M. and Harlan T., both Lebanon, Harold R., Salem; sister Martha Rogers and bothers, Chester, Glen, and Robert, all of Lebanon, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Barrick Mortuary and private interment in Mount Hope Cemetery.
The casket will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. today and Sunday.
