Jun 1852 in Germany, is enumerated with his wife of 21 years, Rosina, age 38, mother of 10 children, 7 of whom are living at the time of the census, b. OBITUARY: 
Last Rites For Julius J. Krenz Held Tuesday – Victor Point – Julius J. Krenz, who passed away after a short illness Saturday night at his home in Victor Point, was laid to rest in the Warren Cemetery.
Funeral services were held at the Ekman Funeral Home, with Rev. W. O. Livingstone of the First Christian Church officiating as minister.
Mr. Krenz was born in Germany, June 23, 1852. He came to America when a young lad and remained in Minnesota several years before coming west. Over 50 years ago he came to Oregon and settled in Victor Point district, which had been his home ever since.
Surviving are: three daughters, Miss Millie Krenz, Miss Elizabeth Krenz and Mrs. Bertha Darby, all of Victor Point; three sons, Edward J., Silverton, William F., and Julius C. Krenz of Victor Point and seven grandchildren, Marvin, James Jr., Wesley, Agnes Jean, and Merlin Darby, Laurel and Richard Krenz. [unicted]

“…Came to the United States with his mother at the age of 14 years in 1887, settled on the farm near Victor Point, coming to Oregon from Minnesota. His wife, Rose, died a number of years ago.
