1930 OR CENSUS - David Ramseyer Jr., age 7, b. Oregon, is enumerated with David, age 34, married at age 22, occupation bank book keeper, b. Oregon, along with Loretta, age 33, married at age 21, b. Kentucky.
OBITUARY: 
Sublimity – David “Bud” Ramseyer Jr., 50, a lifelong resident of this area just east of Salem, died Friday in a Salem nursing home after a series of strokes.
He was self-employed in construction and had been a strawberry and bean grower for a decade. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 701. He lived at Rt. 1, Box 91A.
Survivors are widow Donna; sons Richard L. of Silverton and Robert D., at home; daughters Kay, at home and Kathleen Haddon, Newport; mother Loretta Ramseyer, Salem; brother Jack, of Salem; three grandchildren. Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday in Silverton United Methodist Church, Rev. Donald Colburn officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery east of Salem off State Street. The family suggests contributions to the church organ fund. W. T. Rigdon Mortuary is in charge.
