MARRIAGE - At the M. E. parsonage in this city, Wednesday, October 30, at noon, Mr. Leroy J. Simeral and Miss Lennie M. English. The bride is quite well known in Silverton; the groom is manager of the Governor Geer farm near Salem. There they will make their home. Mr. Simeral and wife have the congratulations and best wishes of a large circle of friends, and with these the Silverton Appeal unites in “Bon Voyage.”

OBITUARY: 
Late resident of 2645 Ladd Ave., Salem, at a Local nursing home, February 19th. Survived by son, J. W. Simeral, Salem. Services will be held Tuesday, February 23rd at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Clough-Barrick Funeral Home. Dr. Wayne Greene will officiate. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Ritualistic services will be held by Rebekah Lodge No. 1.
