Cady of Portland, Mrs. Myrtle Welch of Portland, Mrs. Clifford Jones of Salem; son, James E. Harper of Winchester Bay; sisters, Mrs. Mary Decker of Hoxy, Kansas, Mrs. Clara Harper of Salem; grandchildren, Margaret, Mary Alice and Allen Jones of Salem, June Welch and Janace Cady of Portland. Funeral services from the Rose Lawn Funeral Home Saturday, December 6, at 1 p.m. Concluding services in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
