OBITUARY:
Silverton - Mrs. Ida G. McManus, 77, died at the home of daughter, Mrs. R. M. Morton of the Waldo Hills district on Salem route 5, Sunday morning. Born in Marion county on Feb. 10, 1866, and ham made her home with her daughter for the past eight years. Survived by her daughter; two brothers, Earl Pooler of Pratum and Ivan of Joseph, Ore.; sistaer, Mrs. Effie Back of Salem; grandson Robert Morton of Hawaii. Services were held at the home of her daughter, Monday 2 p.m. with Rev. H. C. Stover officiating. Interment was in Mt. Hope cemetery, under direction of Ekman Funeral Home.
