Jul 1857 in Kentucky, and his wife of 21 years, Josephine, age 44, b. Aug 1855 in New Jersey, along with Myrtle, age 20, b. Sep 1879 in Ohio, Bertha, age 19, b. Dec 1880 in Ohio, and Leon, age 16, b. Aug 1883 in Ohio. Also enumerated with the family is Gertrude Moore, identified as mother [of William], age 66, widowed, b. Aug 1833 in New York.

OBITUARY: 
Deaths – In Portland Thursday, September 18, F. Gail Geer, aged 52 years. Late resident of 2505 North 5th Street. Wife of Arch A. Geer and mother of Mrs. Vesper Eldridge and Mrs. Reba Wilcox of Salem, sister of Mrs. Myrtle N. Moore of Salem. Also survived by two grandchildren. Services will be held in the chapel of the W.T. Rigdon Company Sunday, September 21, at 1:30 p.m. Concluding services Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Many local friends and former neighbors attended funeral services at W.T. Rigdon Chapel in Salem Sunday at 1:30 p.m. for Mrs. F. Gail Geer, wife of Arch A. Geer of Salem, former residents of this community.
Mrs. Geer passed away at the age of 52 years at a Portland hospital Friday.
Rev. H.C. Stover of Salem officiated at the services and Max Scriber was soloist. Concluding services were in Mt. Hope Cemetery here.
Besides her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Vesper Eldridge and Mrs. Reba Wilcox, and two grandchildren of Salem, a brother; Leon Moore of California, and a sister, Myrtle N. Moore of Salem, survive.
