OBITUARY: 
Leonard Lingenfelter, 76, died Monday in Salem. He was born in Pierce, Neb., and raised in Clarks, Neb. He came to Oregon in 1934 and worked as a dairyman until 1964, when he went to work at the Oregon State Hospital. He retired in 1975.
He married Dora M. Kleen in November 1943 in Salem. He enjoyed fishing and traveling and was a member of the Friends Church.
Survivors include his wife; sons, James J. of Denver, Roy L. of Salem, and Dale O. of Spokane, Wash.; brother, Clarence of San Jose, Calif.; and sister, Bernice Fullner of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Maybelle Morford of Fort Bragg, Calif.
Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday in South Salem Friends Church. Private family interment will be made in Mount Hope Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the church memorial fund. Arrangements are by Virgil T. Golden Mortuary.
