Carnine, 36, died Friday, November 18, 1994 in a local hospital. He was born in Salem, and was a 1976 graduate of McNary High School. He served in the Navy from 1978 to 1992. He enjoyed hunting. Survivors include his son Jason of Oxnard, Calif.; mother Bonnie D. Muth of Salem; sisters, Laura Cook of Salem, and Linda Porter of Virginia Beach, VA; brother, David Carnine, Camp Verde, Ariz; grandmother, Ruth Ziebert of Salem; step-grandparents, Frank and Pat Muth of Salem; Vicki Urbaniak of Salem, stepbrothers, Michael Muth of Salem and Jeff Carnine of San Antonio, Texas; and stepsisters, Sherri Lynn Bigler of Salem and Shannon White of Roseburg.
