Barnes, 70, Rt. 3, Box 100, died Monday in a Silverton hospital. A native of Waterville, Wash., she came here 25 years ago. She was a member of Waldo Hills Grange. Surviving are her widower, H.A. Barnes, Silverton; two sons, Richard, Nampa, Idaho, and Robert, Silverton; a daughter, Mrs. Lois Endresen, Silverton; three brothers, Carl Herman and John Daling, all in Washington; three sisters, Mrs. Willamina Sandoz, in Washington, Mrs. Lee Tanish, in California, and Mrs. Jenny Anderson, in Michigan, and 11 grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Unger Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
